Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints should be sent to

  2. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt.

  3. All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. If further time is required, the complainant will be notified in writing.

  4. If the response to the complaint is not accepted, the complainant may appeal to the CMC in certain circumstances. Full details can be found on
